I ordered some sticks from Cigar King on Friday evening. I got two boxes at 50% off. I also ordered a ten of HVC Black Friday 2017 plus two free HVC CK Heirlooms and free shipping. Received package on Monday. All good, except I received ten Heirlooms and no HVCs. Emailed the company yesterday. They are sending the HVCs and I can keep the Heirlooms. Wow! Thanks CK!!

I have actually been their once to the store, it did not look like much, but once inside it was well stocked, had a wonderful Diamond Crown Branded Lounge. Real sleeper. It's in an industrial part by Scottsdale Air Park (Private Air Field).

Place everyone visiting PHX Area should visit, lots of nice gifts also. Watches, and Old School Shaving Stuff.

They time I went there I was totally fooled think this is the place I saw on the Internet, after looking at the front of the building. It's like a show box, narrow fron, but very deep. That is why I said it was a sleeper.

Apprently the Owner of Cigar King is from Chi_Town, started a little business to keep busy in retirement. Think their retail operation is just a small percentage of the op, and online is the bulk of business.

He send out lots of e-mails, his specials are special, not hype. They have their act together.

The original Cigar King was in Skokie IL and was owned by the Hirsch family for decades. It's an icon in downtown Skokie. I think around 15 or so years ago Mitch moved to AZ to open the second store and online business while his brother Jordy took over the Skokie store. The Skokie store was sold this year and is no longer Cigar King unfortunately. Mitch is good people and a great businessman, always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. They always have good deals and sales on something. Remember Phatash.com, it was their first online shop. I've been buying cigars from Cigar King since the 90s and continue to do so.

These guys know smokes. A superior c/s experience rather than getting an order taker, often someone who does not smoke, at mega-stores and online vendors. Would you buy a car from somebody who does not drive? And they always offer a gentle up-sell on a daily deal or weekly special.
I love Casa Fernandez cigars. Cigar King offers a variety of Casa Fernandez cigars in bundles with a CK band. I like that. I am overflowing with boxes, could open a cigar box store in my garage, so I appreciate the bundle smokes. CK ships in heavy Zip-loc bags with a 69 Boveda to soothe the cigars on their journey.
