my florida move has not gone smooth. arrived at my house to discover that a plumbing problem caused a flood through the entire house. servepro, insurance companies, and many phone calls. about $50,000 in damage. will take about 2 months to fix. utter chaos for me right now. the travel humis are in storage, hopefully i will find them tomorrow.

Sorry to hear that Ron. My buddy lives in Palm Harbor and went through the same thing in May. His was about $60,000 in damage and took about 2 months to resolve. He is at the tail end of it now and actually it worked out for the best because they made some changes they wanted to do and it got covered by the insurance. It’s a headache while you’re going through it but it will be in the past in no time.
Good luck with it,
Rick
