I took a trip up to cigar world in Ramsey NJ, for the first time.

It's got cabinet humidors lining the walls and middle of the store. The cabinets are loaded with singles so they have quite a selection. There is plenty of desirable smokes in there from Pepin, DE, Camacho, Oliva, A. Fuente, Tatuaje etc. They also have lighters, cutters, pipes, cases, and humidors. There is a lounge area with chairs and tv.

Unfortunately the atmosphere of the place leaves something to be desired and is one of the downsides of the place. It just seems more like a convenience store environment, than an elegant smoke shop. Plus they sell lot's of cigarettes, and also waterpipes, which I don't like.

But the real problem for me was the giant fucking parrot that they allow to roam free in the place! This thing was squawking the whole time I was in there. It has a cage but the thing can come out whenever it wants.

I had picked out an Opus X, an Anejo, and was holding a FFP and a T52 Robusto in my hand when that thing flew over and landed near my foot. I freaked out, tossed the Ligas in the nearest ashtray(it was clean) and bolted for the door. I have a phobia of birds.

Too bad because I really wanted those smokes.

Good thing you dropped the smokes because they're about $5 over msrp there.. LARGE selection, but way over priced. I was there a while back and the opus x belicoso xxx was $26. That's at least double msrp..
