All I saw was wrapper, do you get to choose binder and filler too?
I dont think you get to pick and choose your wrapper and binder/filler combo. Seems to me to be just a bunch of different cigars with different wrappers. i dont see the blending aspect to this just another way of selling cigars.

You don't actually do the blending. You just just get to pick finished cigars from what you see, which is some of the stuff they have come up with.

It's my understanding that walk in customers at the CI superstore have been able to buy these "blend lab" cigars for the past few months now.

Hard to say what any of these cigars might be - could be stuff that CI staff has blended, could be experimental cigars, could be short runs, who knows. Figure they probably pulled all the complete stinkers out though.

It's got my attention.

This has serious potential. The original Legends series started as a "project" with Red (Perdomo), White (Camacho), Blue (Quesada) and Green (Roly Reyes)...

Look at how many makers it has now.

I can see me buying these with ease.

XD-4549, WA-6552 and ZK-660 are an automatic "Must Try" on my list.

Ya some of the legends aren't to bad, stands to reason one or two of these should be alright.

5'er of these on the Jam right now. I'm kinda intrigued. 5 for 27.50

"Here's your chance to sample another fantastic blend offered in the BlendLab. A dark, smooth, double-stuffed Robusto loaded with aged, long-leaf ligeros from Nicaragua with a little bit of Viso for sweet smoothness. On the outside, a dark and leathery Cuban-seed Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper from the Viso priming ices the cake. "

BlendLab - Blend: SD-5555
- Notes of earth, leather, cedar, spice
- Bold, hearty, and complex
- Full-bodied, but refined
- Pairs nicely with a full-flavored beverage
