City on the Verge of Bankruptcy

The tough times are not escaping municipal government agencies. The City of Sacramento is laying off some 40 or so people and we (the City of Stockton) are coming up soon on contract negotiations.

Not yet thank God. Technology is seen as the bridge over which the city will travel to provide increased service at a lower cost.
