Closed on my first house today

I just wanted to drop a line and tell everyone that my fiancee and I just closed on our first house this afternoon. Needless to say, we are really excited. We just got back from a celebration dinner and now I'm going to light up a hemingway maduro.

Definitely me and the wife proudest moment was coming home after settlement and then opening the door to "OUR home". Nothing finer feeling except the birth of our daughter. Congrats to Mr. Bear and soon to be Mrs. Bear. Be sure to christen it properly later on tonight too!
