This can't happen where I buy mine. They're on a roll so you always get the next ticket without seeing it. The clerk doesn't get a good look at it either. Never came across a shop that allowed you to sort through tickets and pick out the ones you want. Pretty amazing though, this guy needs to go to Vegas!

True, the problem is that the store owner could just unravel the roll after hours and just take all the possible winners and resell the rest. they wouldn't be on a roll but people would still buy them. We also have vending machines that dispense the tickets here in CA, hell if i was stocking that machine id put all the winners on top then "test Vend" and take all the winners.
