Secretos are my favorite size also. Aside from an Angeles, the Secretos was the only other good cigar I smoked while in Paris. The rest of the Cuban Petite Coronas blew. Need to try another.

Had a cohiba secretos last nite, 07 vintage. Although it was a pleasant enough and enjoyable smoke, I can honestly say it pales in comparison to pete's petite cazadores reserva. Almost as if the secretos is a muted version of the cazadores reserva. Gotta luv that Connie maduro broadleaf! :applause:

I'll go with the Secretos any day - probably my favorite PC. The Reyes gets a lot of love, but I'd go with the Secretos over it too.

Ill go with the Party PCE. These things are flavor bombs. Then again Petes OR PCRs are flavor bombs as well lol. Probably his number 1 cigar to come out last year as well.

I'm actually not a huge fan of the CC Cohiba maduro line... so I'm never shocked when maduro lovers prefer others over it!

Don't tell anyone... but I really like Padron 1964 and 1926 maduros, 601 maduros (Blue Labels), Oliva V maduros..... I'd take any of those over a CC Cohiba Maduro........ shhhh...

Cheers! :cbig:
I agree brother, I love the Hemingway Maduro.

I picked up a small box of these when I was in England a year or two ago, and freaking loved them. I think I might have one left, I'll have to dig it up. I sure as hell enjoy the PCR but I recall preferring the Cohiba.

The WOAM really is a phenomenal stick, better than the other Hemi maduros too...

I must be the one-man-wolf-pack who enjoys the Maduro 5 line.
You think so? WOAM is the only one I dont buy:grin: Signature and classic and masterpiece in that order. I really enjoy the masterpiece when having a morning herf just after breakfast.

Has anyone tasted a flight of secretos from different box dates/codes? If so, which release did you enjoy the most/ the least?

I've got some 09's that are smoking pretty good but I have to admit that they are not in my PC starting line up. :glassesgr My 08 Boli, PL, and H Upmanns are usually up first.

They are all great... I keep a few of each on hand pretty much always... and for social events (like company Christmas parties, etc.) I'll bring the Signatures because even those two-cigars-per-year guys love them. I've personally found the WOAMs to be more potent - same flavor profile but just stronger and more pronounced.

The masterpieces are just fun... three hours of fun!

i think it depends on what you're looking for when you light the stick up,
the secretos, is smooth, grassy, & chocolaty. The PCR is strong, peppery, has dark chocolate, and espresso notes.... I say "Pick your poison" based on your mood!

Good point. Secretos make for a nice morning smoke with a cup of hot cocoa. I found that both had that signature maduro taste profile but it was almost as if one was an amped up version of the other.

I got 2 Cohiba Maduro 5 Genios that have been sitting in my humidor for years. If anyone interested in them I'd be willing to do a trade, they just hold no interest for me really...
