Cohiba Millenium Pirimide
Visual
This pirimide had a beautiful rosy wrapper, with a beautiful tooth to it. It had a beautiful silky feel to it, stretched eversoslightly near the tip. The foot has a little bit of liegero extant, maybe two leaves worth. It seems to have a leaf or two of seco, and two to three more of volado. The cigar has a wonderful feel to it. The wrapper is reminiscent of some of the Vegas Robania Farm rolled cigars that I have had. The cigar had a very firm feel to it.
Visual 18/20
Consturction
This cigar had a perfect draw to it. It drew fully, but never hot, all the way down to the nub. Nevertheless, it was chock full of tobacco. I only had to ash it twice, the first time after 3 ½, and the second time after a 1 ½.
Construction 14/15
Flavor
I lit this cigar with a cedar spill, which added a marked cedar flavor. I find that using a cedar spill does not go well with every marquee of Habanos. (Romeo y Juliettas, the ELs, cigars with an overtly chocolaty flavors, and fresh Bolivars do not do well using a cedar spill in my opinon.) The cigar created a great amount of smoke. The cigar had a very Cohiba-esque flavor, like a well aged Cohiba Robusto, or a Cohiba Lancero. In addition to the normal very clean and crisp Cohiba bean-like flavors, it had a touch of black cherry, and some hints of orange peel. I left the cigar when it was down to ¾, and it was a great cigar. I enjoyed every puff.
Flavor 63/65
Overall, 95/100
A classic cigar.
