Advil cold and flu - I just finished a bout of this shit!
Whatever is on sale at the local Walgreens. Seriously, most all brands contain the same basic stuff. Just check the Active Ingredients and get the one with the largest dosage of Antihistamine, Decongestant and Cough Supressant.
Generic Theraflu (Wal-flu) seems to work pretty well for me. I also drink lots of green tea.

For the symptoms you described (specifically upper respiratory) I prefer Zyrtec-d by prescription or chlortimeton-d over the counter.
Stuffed up nose without drainage then sudafed is fine. If you start getting drainage, then you may need to add an antihistamine.
I refer to most drugs by brand, but generic is perfectly fine.
If you merely want over the counter, Sudafed and Afrin nasal spray will work great. Afrin works wonders but don't use it for more than three days or you will get rebound stuffiness. Then we will have to put you on the 12 step Afrin anonymous program to get you off.
But, if you came into the clinic I would put you on Zyrtec-D and Nasonex. You can take those as long as you wish. Hope you feel better soon.

:thumbsup: Used to be my favorite hangover med as well. Now have to watch the blood pressure and really have to watch what I take. Coricidin BP or steam.
