Clearly, there are a lot of folks on here that speak multiple languages and we have a hobby that sometimes takes us to some rather foreign places. Other than English, what language do you speak fluently?

Anyone good in Flemish, by chance?

Spanish.
I would say 'conversational' Spanish, as I can definitely communicate well, with good pronunciation, but it would be apparent to a Spanish speaker that its not polished and/or 'fluent'.

Zippo, we may be close...

A guy I'm trying to talk to lives at the Germany/Belgium border. I thought I'd be good with French, but it was a no go. Dutch pride, I guess. It will be a very good BOTL connection.
