I have an antique Copper humidor that I am storing approx 4 boxes/80 mixed cigars in. It is built into an end table and has a perfect seal. Should I be worried about no air flow? I have 1/2 lb of beads in there and it has been solid 70rh since i started using the beads (almost a year)... My question is, should I get a small battery operated fan for circulation?

I havent had any mold issues at all....
Thanks.:thinkidea

most wood humidors breath a little bit, so mold is not a big issue. If your humidor is airtight, then mold could be an issue. Opening it every few days (just like a coolidor or tupper-dor) should eliminate the problem. I consider fans to be useful for evening off humidity, not for preventing mold.

Thanks for the advice. Its so small, Im not really worried about humidity not being even. But I will pop it open a little more frequently in order to avoid any mold issues.
