YIIIIIPPPPPEEEEE! The wifey and I leave for our Mexican Riviera cruise in a few days! Departure is April 1 - sort of a scary date, but what the hell! I can't wait. I've got the travel humis (yep, 2 of them) all ready to pack:love: . Mailed the lighters ahead to the hotel since I can't carry them on the plane:dunno: . All I have to decide now is what to smoke at the sailaway party:smokingme ! I've got morning smokes, mid day smokes, afternoon smokes, after dinner smokes and then a few extras just in case I change my mind...did I miss anything?

Oh yeah, don't worry...I have a couple of bottles being delivered to the room. Grey Goose and J&B Scotch...ya didn't think I'd forget the alcohol did ya?:bottle:

My sister and brother in law get to spend a week in sunny AZ watching my dogs while I cruise...who got the better end of the deal? Let's see, cruising or picking up dog poop...

Make sure to throw your cigar buds completely offboard or in the bud collector. Wouldn't want any mishaps like the ship last week!

I had jetblue take away my bic lighter last time I traveled. They are just not allowing any lighters whatsoever.

Have a great time Randy! For some reason I've always wanted to hit golf balls from a cruise ship, let us know if you get the chance to.

I went on a cruise last year with the wife. Don't know if i would do it again with just the 2 of us, seems like it would be more fun with a group of people. Not that I didn't enjoy myself but we mostly just relaxed.

what ports are you stopping at?

also, good choice on HAL.

My problem with Norwegian and Carnival cruises is that the food is generally deplorable. HAL is supposed to have actually good food on board.

I have a really high stress job, so this is the type of relaxation I need. We stop at Cabo, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta....I can't wait! We took this same one last year, and the food was awesome! A fat boy's paradise!
