"You really don't need an official holiday to celebrate the awesomeness that is bacon. But in case you do, December 30 happens to be International Bacon Day. This celebration started in Boulder by students at the University of Colorado in 2004."

Not sure I'd mix bacon & beer. I know some brewers do though. That being said, I haven't tried a beer with bacon brewed in it :dunno:
