Hello everyone!
I hope all is well...

My name is Walter Santiago, President and Owner of Cremo Cigars a Boutique Cigar Co. out of the Heart of Little Havana, Miami FL.
We have been in the market for a few years now and we offering an ultra-boutique cigar for the smoker that wants more than a "mainstream" experience.

Let me share a little a bit of our Company history, the original Cremo Cigar was an icon of early America and one the most successful cigar brands of the early 20th Century.
It made a commitment to providing their customers with a quality stick at a value price. The company rose out of Manhattan, New York City and attained the largest sales of any cigar in its class.

Now our focus as the New Cremo Cigar Company is to provide a cigar of masterful construction, quality and complex flavor. Our vision is straightforward, we want to provide an exceptional smoke to the end user.
This is why we have chosen to make our cigars in Miami, FL on a boutique level. Our cigars are made by "Level 9" Cuban Rollers, whom have work for renowned factories in Cuba.
We don't produce in mass quantities and the cigars are done exactly like in Cuba using the best Imported Premium Tobacco. Our Cigars Rollers do not work in pairs, unlike rollers in other cigar-producing countries. Our rollers each are responsible for his or her cigar, from start to finish.

My intent today is to connect with you directly and share a bit of our story. Please feel free to contact me via BOTL or send me an email via our website if you have any questions.

Best!
Lilo

I am always happy when people that work in the industry take time to chat with us on the forum. It is always nice to gain some insight into the industry. Even better when you can kick your feet up, not have to worry about talking shop, and just enjoy people that enjoy the same things you do.

There are a lot of information hounds here. It's always fun learning new things.

Welcome! It is nice to see people find their way here like myself but even nicer when companies make their way in here and introduce themselves with information about their companies and product. Would be nice to see some pictures of your operation.

Its nice to hear from anybody related to brands, even if they are just reps. It's much nicer to actually here from an owner though and I appreciate you joining our community.

I've always had some interest in grabbing some Cremo cigars as I've read nothing but good things about them. Now I think is a good a time as any to make a purchase and I will be procuring a sampler pack soon.

Glad you liked the Capa.

I work for the company as well. We like to be involved. Tough sometimes with a busy schedule, but we try.
