Crock pots...grrrrrr

So I work from home not. Have been for several months. I have a doctors appointment at 2:30 and I have to fast so they can get my A1C.

And TODAY the wife puts a roast in the crock pot!!!!

I am going in for a Physical at 1:30 but I was able to get Labs done at 8:00 just for that reason.
