I went to Italy last September and had some of the best Cigars of my life!! The Partagas 8-9-8's that I got in Rome were AWESOME! It's one of the reason's I want to go back next year!

I was amazed at the inventory at the shops in Rome. I'm sorry I didn't bring any back!

So if your wife is looking for a great trip and you have been saying no to Italy, change your mind!

My italian friend stopped by today, I already told him he is bringing me back a box or two next time he travels.
I was thinking of ordering a box of series d #4 or 8-9-9's

I was just in Rome as well but I was there for Christmas. I don't know if you found the Los Habanos dealer at the Piazza de Naovona(probably spelled it wrong) but they had a nice sized walkin. I got myself a few stogies there but the euro to dollar was killing me so I only bought like five one being a Cohiba Maduro.

Visited Italy in the Fall. Picked up a few sticks in the store at the Piazza de Naovona in Rome, also picked up some Cohiba Maduros while waiting for the group tour of the Vatican (can't remember off hand the meeting point). In Florence, there is a great cigar/pipe store on the Piazza de Republica. Got to talking with one of the guys there and ended up gifting a Padilla Signature and a Litto Gomez to him. Stopped in the next day and he hooked me up with a few great sticks including a JyR Prince of Wales (01) from his own stash!
