So I've been looking on some sites and see Culebra and it has peaked my interest. Being somewhat new I wanted to see what your thoughts are on them?

They are fun when you have a group of your buddies together to share one. I've never had a bad experience with one, but admittedly I've only had a few. Thinking about any one in particular?

They're kinda gimmicky, honestly. That being said, I have a couple I'm saving to smoke with certain BOTLs. :D

Ive had the pleasure to share Davidoff's and Tatuaje's culebras with friends and enjoyed both immensely. Though I did enjoy the gimicky aspect--funky look combined with camaraderie--they are more than that in that they are a unique viotola and the twists require them to be rolled different than an identical length and gauge cigarn, imparting a different smoking experience!
Your mileage my vary, and that long winded answer is my of saying try one and see :)

Great now I need to search for some. The plan was to get then for a wedding party so they would be smoked in a group setting.

Try local? If not, I could possibly check some b&ms around my job cause there's a few

Edit: I've also never had one myself, none of my friends are interested in cigars cause they suck and smoke other things

Love, love, love culebras. I wish there were more available on the market than what there are currently. I second that the Old Man and the C's are fantastic and that they are smoking excellently right now. Now if Oliva would re-release the V Culebra (or make a Melanio culebra perhaps?) I'd have the world by the ass!

I don't know that I "love, love, love" culebras, but I think they are enjoyable and can make cigar smoking even more "social". I'll also say that the Oliva V Culebra might be the best cigar I've ever smoked - even completely by myself that is a culebra I'd enjoy.

If I could get a Oliva V Culebra, I'd be a very happy man. Why, oh why, couldn't that thing be released en masse! Well, I know why, but still...
