Custom cigars

Im looking to have some custom cigars made (maybe 500 or so?) to support a fund raiser I am working on..

Not looking for anything too fancy.. we dont need super premium sticks or anything.. but I dont want to be distributing dog rockets either..

just needing a decent smoke with a custom band and custom boxes at a decent price point..

google reveals several outlets for this type of thing for weddings, "its a boy", etc.. type occasions... but Im not familiar with any of the companies listed..

Is there anyone I should be particularly leery of? Or can someone recommend a company that they have used in the past that they think did good work?

Price is important.. but reasonable quality is more important.. again, no dog rockets wanted.. most of these guys are not what I would call serious smokers.. but all of them smoke at least occasionally..

I believe Uptown Cigar does custom rebanding of cigars for events. You could get a cigar you like and just have it rebanded. If you decide to go this route, ask for Israel! He's the best.

You can check out http://labelyourcigar.com/ they have cigars by Pedro Estevez that are supposed to be quite tasty and fairly inexpensive. Haven't really checked into the labeling options but it's worth a look. :skew:

Hmm... I'd buy a bunch of boxes of Padron 2000s and see if someone could cut you a deal on them. Reband them yourself. Probably the best bang for you buck.

Smokeinn.com does it. You pick the cigar you want and they will reband them for you. Don't know specifics, just ran across it when i was on their site.
