I'm curious to see if people would want their team to claim Moss on waivers or sign him if no one claims him.

Personally, I would be OK with the Patriots signing him if he cleared waivers. I think the BB is one of the few coaches that can contain his ego and his mouth, and any adverse feelings that were stirred up before he was traded may have gone away after he was forced to remember what it is like playing outside of NE. Also, I love the way that defenses have to double cover him, and with the addition of Branch I think that it will do wonders for the Pats offense. Finally, I think it would be funny if we ended up getting a pick from MN, and MN has to cover most of his salary.

What do you guys think?

Since it is based on record

buffalo (0-7)
dallas (1-6)
carolina (1-6)

and so on

and I heard that NE would have last option since they traded him.

NE will have the last option because they currently hold the NFL's best record. Because of this, the likely will not claim him on waivers even if they are given the chance. Instead, if he goes unclaimed NE may sign him for $450,000.

The Giants are just fine with the receivers we have. Not to mention the Giants don't tend to pick up troubled players no matter how talented.

Jets could use him but don't need him. The way they played last week, Sanchez probably couldn't get the ball down the field anyway.:crytears:

Hell No, Al Davis tried it once and we all know how that worked out. Moss is done he a premadona. if anyone claims him it will be after he clears waivers and only if he will play for the minimum. Moss could of been one of the greatest but never had that work ethic. wonder if he'll even make the hall of fame.

With all due respect, I think you are completely wrong. BB did NOT contain Moss' ego nor his mouth, remember? He stood in front of the cameras and (basically) said that "NE must not want me here...I don't understand it"

This is exactly why BB let him go!

Did Moss learn? Dunno. Is BB willing to gamble that Moss won't mouth off again? We'll soon see!

Some players just aren't worth the crap they leave in front of the media...TO, Moss, Irvin...The list goes on.

Just play the freakin' game, work hard, and collect your million dollar check without smearing your team, coach, or personal crap in front of the cameras.

I am a huge Denver fan and they got rid of a head case WR last year in Brandon Johnson why would they want another? They have bigger problems then WR right now to fix.
