Georgia isn't down with that. I think we are the last state to not sell alcohol on Sundays! We will certainly be the last to legalize med. marijuana. I don't plan on being in this state too much longer tough. :flying:

Hmm, link doesn't work for me. Either way, with WI going smoke-free in July, I doubt they'll legalize marijuana any time soon.

The wife and I got pulled over last week, for not coming to a complete stop at a Stop Sign. The cop asked if we had anything in the car. I told him about 1/8 of pot. He wrote me a ticket for the stop sign and never said another word about the pot. I would say it's legal now depending on who pulls you over. He didn't even ask for my Prescription/215 papers.

Indiana will sell ya to the state for a seed if they find it in your car or on you.
They confiscated a hemp seed necklace I had on in college at a DUI checkpoint.

Michigan still doesnt allow the sale of liquor on sundays. However, we recently passed a medical marijuana law.

colorado is about as loose as california with marijuana...we're just not in the same money crisis so it doesn't get as much attention...we did open the first marijuana restaurant in the usa.
