Dog lovers - do you have a recommendation on a waterproof, washable dog bed?

My 9mo, 50lb Bulldog needs a nice waterproof, washable dog bed that he'll want to sleep in.

He snores like walrus and can no longer be accommodated on my cal-king sleep number bed :)

I wish I could help. Our 6 month old lab/pit bull has shredded every bed we've tried. I feel bad for him because I don't like to see him sleep on the hard plastic tray in his kennel, but he destroys everything we put in there. Other than that, he's a great dog :)

You might try Costco, I got my arthritic 60# bull terrier a nice warm memory foam bed and she seems much more comfortable. Although its not waterproof they are washable.

+1

Costco is where we got beds for our yard monsters.. the memory foam pulls out and you can wash the cover (we wash ours about once every couple of weeks.. and have to vacuum it once a week or so to keep the shedding at bay... the beds have held up for about 18 months at this point.. with 65lb german shepherds sleeping on them nightly

Does he prefer a warmer or cooler sleeping area?
Bought one of my dog's whatever the local Petco had that was warm and puffy + washable. The other only uses the dog bed that is like a mesh bed elevated a few inches off the ground so she stays cool all night long.

We have llbean beds for our dogs. The covers are removable and washable (tho I don't believe waterproof). We basically got denim covers. They wear very well and last ages.

My 3yo lab did the same. Decided to try a kong bed. They have them with a removable pillow inside and some that do not. He has the giant fluffy fucker and loves it. Lays on it in and out of his cage. Now with the new coonhound too neither have destroyed it. The lining is washable not sure about water proof.

Geez Joel! Don't know if this helps but mine sleep on a Sealy Posturepedic. They all snore. Their "Momma" washes the sheets. I can tell you that I don't want to challenge the wife with who ( Me or the dogs) gets to find another sleeping place. LOL.
