In my mind, I'm already laughing at all the conspiracy theorists who'll come boiling out of their bomb shelters claiming that the end is near because now Big Brother wants our dogs, too...

I don't mind this. I really don't. You shouldn't own an animal if you're not willing to clean up after it.

Besides, make the fine big enough to pay for the testing, and I doubt anyone would risk it.

I heard about this on Lex and Terry yesterday morning. I dont care, I dont live in city limits. My dogs get to run on out 1.5 acre yard...I'm not hot baggin, hence why I live in the sticks.....

But I agree with it, I dont want to walk down the side walk and walk around piles of poo.....
