Yes it's wrong but it's funny considering you don't go down the highway and see a doghouse where a spare tire would go on an 18wheeler. Just twisted is all.

Any one here ever had a big truck kick up a pebble and had it break your windshield? At the end of the day...the windshield saved you from getting hit with that same pebble. Sucks to be that dog.

I am surprised that he doesn't get pulled over for that. Think of all the fumes, road oil, etc. that dog is tasting.

Some people are just assholes. My next door neighbor's dog has been chained to the same tree since I moved into this house three years ago. Florida heat, bugs, hurricanes, etc.

30 feet away, my dog is napping on my leather couch, with a belly full of last night's leftover steak.
