Believe it or not, some of them actually have private parks for the kids and of course the clubhouse, etc for the adult crowd. Not very common, but it's around. That's a valid point for someone looking to have kids too. I didn't think of that part....Aaron, I have a friend who sold an older, high-maintenance home three years ago for a condo. Despite the association fees, he really enjoys the freedom from dealing with repairs and outside maintenance. It's a major relief. That said, you should seriously consider what life will be like without a backyard. Where will your little guy rip around on his Power Wheels?

It's in the same school district I bought in earlier this year, prices here are low now ever since news broke that the state gave the school district a bad rating. Asking prices on everything in the district dropped overnight. It's how I got into my place.
