DVD's

How do you store your dvd's? I currently have about 70 and they sit atop the entertainment center between 2 bookends (in their cases). Nice for easy access but not the most visually pleasing thing to the eyes.

Was curious how some of you guys are storing your collections?

I keep mine in their cases in a built-in shelf I made in my entertaiment center.

In alphabetical order of course.

It doesn't matter how I store them, my wife changes the way about once a week. Currently, in a stack about 2 feet high next to the TV.

On the side of my entertainment center are some shelves, no real order. I like to go in randomly.

I then have a wire shelve unit too.

I have a 4 shelf entertainment unit (looks like an a/v stand) that my plasma used to sit on. The lower 2 shelves I put dvd's on their sides similar to book storage...but definitely not in alphabetical order. I also have a 30 dvd stand next to it and also some dvd's in a dvd case.

Now my adult dvd's are a whole different story......................

I found some really cool shelving made for DVDs at Target a couple years back...They stand about 3 feet tall, about 1.5ft wide....Each holds about 100 DVDs...I bought four of them and have 2 on each side of the entertainment center..The box sets go in the cabinet under the TV..

I have around a 100 or so. Kept in their cases and organized by actor.... Not by alphabet. Sorry Todd, I just OCD'd in a different direction! :crosseyed
