Definitely the East. I've only smoked a couple of the West and they were nice but the East delivered what I like in bunches. By the way, for me the initial verocu's were at their peak within the first year of delivery. Ain't sayin' their not still good, just during that first year they were blowin' my mind.

really? i have had two No. 9's so far. One about 6 months ago and i hated it. The other was about 2 months ago and i loved it. Got one more and i cant wait to see how it smokes. Do they do better with age maybe???

The East and the West were the Initial launch of the Verocu line. The #9 came later, by the way I totally agree with you assessment of the #9. Age has def. benefited the #9.

Had a few of each recently, and not a fan of either––too muddled, and no complexity at all. The No. 9's, however, are very good....

No idea what the issue is but I've had 2 of each and they ALL had burn problems. I honestly spent more time trying to even it out or stop the giant canoe effect that it ruined the experience for me. I did prefer the east, if I had to pick one.
