Eastern Russia rocked by earthquakes

Earthquake

It's a sparsely populated area thank god, but in the two hours since the initial 7.7 magnitude quake, they have had an additional six that measured 4.5 - 5.4.

I've personally been through the mag 7.1 earthquake here in 1989 and that one literally knocked me out of my chair. A 7.7 here would be devestating.

Damn, hope all turns out but with something like that let's just hope the desctruction is kept to a minimum.

I have only felt a small minor tremor before.
I cant begin to imagine what a massive earthquake like that must feel like.
