While this thread was started over two years ago, I actually saw their website a couple of months ago, touting the fact they'd "found" a "trove" of Edge Sumatras. Actually, the cigars are still for sale on the site-- check out this

One problem, though--- the photo on the site shows a bundle of the first rolling of the Edge Sumatras, which have been unavailable for years. Note the color of the foot bands (and, if you look closely, the style of script on the bands). Compare the first and second iterations of the Edge Sumatra in this photo:
The earlier rolling is on the bottom, the more orangey-colored band.
Now, I was suspicious, but I thought I'd give it a shot, because what was the worst that could happen? And... the cigars I got were indeed the second iteration of the Edge Sumatra. No harm done, because they're great sticks and the price was right... but I am a little peeved at the wrong image being used, along with a product description that may lead one to believe that these are the old, old Edge Sumatras. Anyway, I post this so no one else makes the same mistake!
