I have to work friday and saturday 
Definitely picking this up Friday, this will though cause some serious conflicts and instigate a revamping of my time management between work, COD:MW3, local B&M visitation hours :hysterica and Skyrim. Glad I have the updated shipset in the 360 otherwise I'd lay odds it'd be fried in a week :tazerblas

I cannot wait for this game. I already told my girl that she better spend a lot of time with me before the 11th, because I will be going into a social hibernation for the next 4 or 5 months. That being said, I will be spending my Friday night with her :crytears::crackwhip

Was planning to pick it up on Friday, but just got an inv to Star Wars beta for the weekend. :grinFU:
Will probably be monday before I load it up.
The real tragedy is that my gf is in town this weekend visiting from grad school! Looks like I'll be pulling some late nights with SWTOR after she hits the sack. :computer:

an update of the game... IT ROCKS! i cant put it down! it beats Morrowind in greatness, which crushed Oblivion on the fun scale. So far, best game of the series! and thats saying a lot from me. i played the piss out of Morrowind!

Yeah... I picked it up Friday, as well. Played the SWTOR beta all weekend, though, then got really busy this week, so I haven't had a chance to play Skyrim for more than an hour or two. Looks great, though. I've liked all of the Elder Scrolls titles, so far, and I'm sure it'll live up to expectations.
I bought it. I just bought a PS3 a week ago, the Uncharted 3 package. Beat Uncharted 3 in two days. Great game.
I am really digging this game as it's gameplay is a new concept to me. I playing RPG's when the original Final Fantasy came out. Final Fantasy is linear and am not used to the free roaming, taking side quests is new to me but I like it. I decided on a sword and shield Nord.
The graphics of the PS3 in hi def blows away the Wii. I have movies and music streaming from my PC to the PS3 already.
I am old, first gaming system was Atari 2600, then Atari 5200, then Nintendo...etc.
Theres a ton of competition this year...but I think your right. It definitely deserves it
