So sorry I have not been able to participate here very much lately.I hope you are are doing well.

Things have been pretty crazy as of late.

As some of you may know, my lack of employment has snowballed into a real crisis for me and my wife. To add to the scenario, the tenants that we were renting a room from us (in order to create some much needed cash) are leaving in a week.

It's kinda the eleventh hour, now...If a job and/or renter doesn't come through very soon, we may have to leave our home.

Not sure how our daughter would react to that, and not really sure exactly where we would go with poor credit and me on unemployment....Plus the unemployment ends in September.

I feel surprisingly calm that things will work out, but the reality of what may happen is basically frightening.

I really want to say thanks to Dave (dpricenator) for giving me some expert advice if we do indeed need to leave our home. Chuck (CWS) also set me up with a job interview, which took place today. Brian (the fridge) has also been sending me ideas on jobs, and offering support.

This is what I LOVE (and currently miss) about this site....The comraderie and the Brotherhood here is unique and incredible.

Anyway...Hope to get back on track and get back to contributing, posting, and being part of the Brotherhood soon....I miss that and I wanted to explain my absence and say hello.

Nearly two years ago when I was applying for work out of college I experiened how tough it is in the job market, but this side of it has to be hundred times worse. I can't imagine the struggle you and your family must be going through. You're in my prayers Clint!

Keep your head up. Kids are resilient, feed em and dress em and they'll be fine as long as they got good parents, which they obviously do.

networking is the only way now a day. Perhaps if some of us knew the line and level of work and location, others could help introduce you to potential employers.

Keep working at it! Best of luck and keep the tools sharp and be prepared when an opportunity arises.
