Have any of you noticed any benefit or harm done with some age on any of the EP lines? I wonder if the Elencos will benefit with age in comparison to the New Wave possibly losing some of the spice and flavors?

I think the Elencos could benefit greatly from a year or 2 on it. It is a good cigar now but I think the flavors need some time to meld together to really let this cigar shine. I don't think it would lose too much spice with a year on it but the flavors should come together nicely with just some time to sit.

Just fired up a short run robusto (Populares?) and immediately thought that time was not good to these. 1/4" in and this has turned around into an amazing smoke even better than before. Half way in and the lemon flavor (prominent on release) has mellowed into a complement to the leather, spice and nut flavors with just a hint of cocoa. Plenty of power and depth to think these aren't done improving yet. It's hard to stop puffing on this one long enough to type. I should have bought more.
