I received an order today and every cigar looks like these. I contacted customer service and she demands that it's plume. I politely disagreed. Am I wrong?

Absolutely mold. It looks like a lot of it, but it does appear to be white mold. You can probably wipe it off and be fine. Quarantine them for a few weeks though.

Where did you order those from and did you show them the pictures?
I don't think I'm allowed to publicly say the vendor, and I know that things like this happen from time to time with any vendor. I was just disappointed in the response. She even said that even if it was mold it wouldn't hurt me. Ha. I also said I am more interested in quality cigars than a refund when I ship them back. She said send them back and I'll deal with you accordingly. What??? Ha. Dang.

You are correct, I deleted my question because I forget that we can't publicly state the vendor. My bad.

That response from the customer service rep sucks, though. There are many different and better ways to have handled that - one specifically: take it back if the customer is not happy.

If it's the vendor I am thinking of, you will most likely be blackballed just for speaking up about it

Definitely mold, definitely a common occurrence with that vendor, definitely a disappointing response, but definitely wipe-able and smoke-able, and as long as you don't expose them to sudden temp drops you shouldn't have any further issues.

Probably better just to bite my tongue on this then? I probably wouldn't order from them again anyway.

Probably. If you send them back, there's no guarantee they take appropriate action, and sounds like she explicitly stated she might not take appropriate action. Even if you sent them back and filed a chargeback, you'd still be out the cost of shipping, and IMHO the mold isn't bad enough to take a loss on them.
