Estelli Trip

I got back from my Estelli trip on Friday and what a great trip it was! Esteli is a great city with good people. I got to tour the My Father Factory on Monday and tour the tobacco feilds and meet Jose Pepin and Jamie Garcia on Tuesday. On Wed. We went to the JDN Factory and had a full tour there and Marvin was extremely knowledgable. We then headed off to Drew Estate for lunch with JD. This guy is a kick! When we arrived Jonathan had good news for us, after a short tour at his place George Padron invited us over to his factory for a tour, what luck! I think Jonathan was as excited as us to go on the tour. After the Padron tour we went back to Drew Estate for dinner and played some Texas Holdem with Jonathan Drew (hope I didnt take all your poker money buddy!). We finished off the trip with a day in Granada. Jon I know you will probably read this so I just wanted to say thanks again for the great time and memories, I will never forget this trip!

Jorge is a cool dude. He came over to DE on Tuesday after we had dinner and Jonathan took him on a tour of the factory. I wish we had gotten to see the Padron factory. That would have been cool. I also wish we could have gone to the new Cigar Lounge that opened on Thursday. We had Pedro call, but we couldn't get in. Nice trip, Joe.
