For those unaware of the term, it's short for Foreign Object Damage and refers to things that could damage an aircraft. Here's a video of FOD being sucked into a jet engine. I think it's an A6, but it's been a long time since I did carrier duty.

Yeah that's an A6 Intruder and one lucky SOB. You should see the footage for airworthy testing for bird strikes also. I'll see if I can find it. Found the "Blade off" test for the Rolls engines on the new Airbus. Long view though, good stuff starts about 2 1/2 minutes in.
