What's your choice?

I'm a rasin bran fan.

When I was a kid, frosted flakes, fruity pebbles, apple jacks.....

I rarely eat cereal anymore and when I do it's Kashi. It doesn't really matter what style of Kashi either.

I've been eating the Special K high protein/low carb stuff. Not bad at all. Funny though, I rarely eat it for breakfast. I have a bowl when I don't have time to fit in dinner or for a late night snack.

No question, Cocoa Pebbles. Eaten cold cereal all my life. WEIRD TOM, I almost started this very thread question. Other I like are Cinnamon Life, Golden Grahams, Cocoa Crispies, Apple Jacks, Fruity Pebbles.

I'm not a big cereal eater, but Kashi is generally my preference too ... although for a change of pace I'll sometimes eat Frosted Mini Wheats.

I don't eat a lot of cereal either, but my current favorite is Heart Smart Healthy Heart. Tastes pretty good for something "Good for you."

When I was a kid, no contest- Fruity Pebbles.

The cereal I remember liking best in my boyhood was oatmeal...and not the "instant" kind either. It took mom more than a minute or two to make and when she made it, she made a lot so we had leftovers. To me, it was even better the second day when we poured milk over a cold lump of it with enough sugar on it to send Sarah Lee into a diabetic coma. We'd then spend the next several minutes chopping and mushing it to mix it with the milk.

Of course, I went through a lot of box cereals as a kid...and later. There were the classics like Frosted Flakes, Corn Flakes, Rice Krispies, Special K, and Raisin Bran (one of my favorites)...that I still enjoy today. I also liked Sugar Pops, Sugar Smacks, Honey Combs, Captain Crunch (with or without Crunchberries), Lucky Charms, Apple Jacks, and Fruit Loops.

My all-time favorite, though, has to be Shredded Wheat. I don't buy the big old bales of it that I remember breaking apart years ago. Do they even still make it that way? Dunno. Today, I stick with the bite-size pieces...both frosted and unfrosted.

I loved the Cap'n, but couldn't eat it often because it cut up the roof of my mouth.
