Favorite Cigar Festival

Was curious if any people have been to any cigar festivals, and which ones they liked most? I am probably going to Mike's fest in Miami in December.

Only been to one but I literally knew like 50% of the people there. So it should be my favorite anyway. It was called CATSFEST.

It's tough due to the fact companies have to give away hundreds of cigars for free, but I completely understand why you want higher end.

I've been to Cigarfest 2010, 2011, and 2012, mainly for the parking lot herfs, and meeting folks in the industry. The cigars and swag where OK, but I can do just as well at auction, plus I got many crap cigars that I'll never smoke. With that said, I will not be attending another one. Let's just say I have an issue with the way they market some of their product. Someday I hope to make it to Cigarnival and others.

Anyone ever been to Smoke in the Carolinas by JR?

I ended up donating a lot and of the cigars I don't smoke to the troops. I'm curious how the big smoke in NY is.
