The best ice cream I ever had was made on site at Kimball's is Westboro, MA. Didnt matter the flavour. Great stuff.

California guys might remember Thrifty's drug store and the Pineapple orange ice cream.

That was some goooooooooood ice cream.

Any of the Thrifty's are among my all time favorites. We loved riding our bikes to the nearest store in the summertime, growing up as a kid in SoCal in the early '60's. Great stuff. Is Thrifty's still in existence? They had great ice cream.

When I was a kid you got three cylider scoops for $0.45!

I have no idea if it's still the same deal, but I think it's still around.
