Behold, the most important 75 days in US cigar history since 1492.

Please comment and drive the points home that OPTION 2 is the way to go but WITHOUT the price minimum.

I've been submitting an original comment against the $10 price every day and will do so until the comment window is closed. I encourage all to do the same. Make it a habit with the morning coffee. :ccool:

Easy access to the FDA comment window at the bottom of the article:

EVERYONE on this board should be making some comments....and joining the CRA lobbying group. If you don't you won't be able to complain about higher prices, and less choice, and over regulation of the cigar industry.

Option 2 is the ONLY option. Talking points:

$10 price point, shouldn't be a price point period. FDA has never monitored anything based on price.

6lbs per 1000 units is ridiculous. This means ALL corona and lancero would need to be submitted to FDA for approval.

No samples is ridiculous. Without samples, no events, no sales reps. Tons of jobs lost.

No flavors. As long as the cigar meets guidelines of: Hand wrapped, long filler, tobacco wrapper, filler, binder. Flavoring shouldn't matter. It still meets guidelines of PREMIUM.
