It took a few days but I finally made it up to Chicago yesterday evening just before dark, and what do you know, but its not 100 degrees in Chicago this time of year. As a matter of fact I had to dig out one of my stinking sweatshirts because it was so chilly! Im definately gonna have to go spend some money on warm clothes. Anyway, Ive been unpacking since I got here and with the help of my beautiful female companion I am about 95% done now. At any rate I have the next week free so if any of you guys from Chicago want to get together sometime this week Id definately be down. Thanks for all you guys kind words and encouragement over the last few weeks as they have helped ease my transition. Cheers!:chat:
