Had my first Hoyo de Monterrey today. Nice little 5 1/2 x 42 ring that I got in a 'corona sampler pack'.

Amazing smoke. Hard to really describe all the nuances but suffice to say, very nice. One of the best I've had.

Coronation maybe? Or is it longer than 5 1/2 maybe... Hoyo Des Dieux? Hoyo is probably my second favorite marca in the Habanos portfolio (can't beat LGC for me). The Des Dieux from 2003 that are all over the place right now are AWESOME, and from the couple I have had, I think they have the potential to keep improving actually.

Mad love for Hoyo!

I love all the hoyo cigars. The other week me and a coworker splurged on a Hoyo Epicure Especial. We were both blown away at how amazing it was. Its become a weekly, and expensive, treat for us. A perfectly blended cigar. were trying to get our hands on a box.

Unfortunately I'm not sure exactly which one it was. 5 1/2 x 42 is all I got. Still, a great introduction to the line for me.

My buddy had a Bolivar #1 from the same sampler pack and enjoyed that one quite a lot too.

God...I love HdM. There really is nothing in their portfolio I don't love. As JDN mentioned, the HdM EE are spectacular. The 08, 09 boxes are great, if you end up looking. Happy smoking

Possibly a du prince (40x5.1")?
The des dieux is a 42x6.1" I believe.

I don't have to much experience with the des dieux, but I really enjoy the du prince.
Like others in this thread, I enjoy HdM as a whole (of what I've tried to date).
