That is a neat process, but how practical is it? It seems like a royal pain to clean and sanitize.

I wouldn't want to clean the damn thing that's for sure. I would think grain would get stick all in the washing drum.

He's only using it for wort production. He will take that to a boil kettle and it doesn't need to be super clean. The problem I see is potential mold growth unless he flushes the hell out of that washer each time he uses it. The spin cycle rocks though!

That is crazy, Very ingenious set up. He does also use it to cool his wort so with a Honda radiator. Lol I do wonder how the clean up is. How well does he keep temps for an hour in the washer?

I'm a clean freak, so there's no way that would work for me especially with all those drain holes in the spinner. That being said, my next big purchase will probably be one of those conical fermenters. If only they weren't so damn expensive.

I agree the cleaning would be a night mare but very cool sit up.
