I will pretty much be doing nothing........ On vacation.:smile:

Nothing to do but smoke, drink, grill, eat, and hang out in the pool.

Not sure of the exact days yet, but on the menu for the week so far is.......

- deep-fryed turkey
- slow-cooked boston-butt (ie: pulled pork bbq)
- nearly 2" thick ribeyes
- fish-fry
