The first responders, the nurses, the doctors, the military, the prison guards, anybody who is on the clock and away from home for the holidays.

I hope your shifts go fast and whatever sleep you get is good. When it's all over make sure you get a smoke in, that's what I'm planning to do when I get done in the morning. Happy Holidays.

Well, I'm at home, but on call till Mon AM.
But the only heartbeat I'll be restoring is data flow.
If I get a call at all this weekend, I'd expect it Sunday AM.
At least the other guy's got New Years

Working 12 tonight. Suppose to be my night off but I volunteered to work so someone with kids could be off. I'm home alone this week. So I'll go home in the morning and open presents and probably make pancakes. Chocolate chip pancakes.

Working in the hospital too tonight. And back to the grind later on tonight for another round. Always try to work Christmas eve so my co-workers with kids can be home with them on Christmas morning. Hopefully, when my time comes for that the favor would be returned.

My wife is a nurse and went in this morning. As long as she gets Christmas Eve off she is good. When she gets home I will have the prime rib all ready to eat. Later on we will get our Grandson for the night so all will be right with the world.
