Short four day trip to Fort Lauderdale. Stayed at the Marriott Beach and Habor Resort. Officially no smoking on beach or the very large patio (half of a football field easily). But enjoyed a cigar each night around 8ish on patio and saw another BOLT enjoying a cigar while walking on beach.
Las Olas Boulevard Is a trendy restaurant / small shops type street. Nice to visit. Has two places to buy cigars. Found both to be $3-5 per stick more then my home lounge in PA.
Havana Republica Cigars
610 E Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301
Had a proper humidor. Very high end smokes. Didn't see any Drew Estate, my favorite.
Macabis Cigar Bar
1221 E Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301
Bar on one side and large glass case humidor lined the other side of the place. Very nice selection of Padron, Arturo Fuinte, etc. Felt like a real nice old school place with two great attentive staff. Slighter higher price then the other location.
Happy to answer any questions if anyone is making a trip.
