The local b&m is having a Foundry event tomorrow. I've never tried one. Any recommendations? I generally smoke maduro & connecticut cigars...love Ecuadorian, Honduran & Nicaraguaian profiles...don't care for Cameroon at all.
I have only tried the original Foundry line, the Wells (6x50) I think. It was a decent cigar. Small Batch has quite a few of the Elements, Compounds, and Musings for sale though.
I went with the buy 10 get 4 free and a free Foundry watch. I bought 8 of the Chillin Moose ($2.50 a stick and they are not bad at all) and 2 of the Carbon. The freebies were Worm Hole which I didn't care for and the 1964 which I really liked and the 2064 which I have not tried yet.

I'm looking at the Chillin Moose robusto. You say worth the money, like a decent mow the yard or round of golf type? The reviews I've read are a mixed bag. Sometimes hard to get a good read on reviews.
It's a good yard gar. Nothing fancy. It's also mild enough to keep a few around for moochers or those who have friends that might take a few puffs and then just set an expensive cigar down. They are also good if you're on a super tight budget...I smoke them during the great cigar fund famine aka Christmas Shopping Season. LOL
