Hey Ryan. I did the trial thing with Tonx. The coffee was very good and arrived early in a vacuum pack. I did cancel before the trial period was up and had no issues at all with that. I cancelled only because the shipping schedule didn't fit with my usage level. It had nothing to do with the quality of the product or the customer service. I would defiantly try it again if my circumstances change.
