Is it really that hard to update your website to "out of stock" or "back ordered" if you don't have the item? I placed an order for some beads over a week ago, just to find out today (after I was the one chasing them down) that they don't know when they will have that product in. Ugh.

I agree, it can be frustrating, but you gotta think about how much goes into running a website. A lot of these guys have been running a B&M style business their whole life but are now basically forced to also supply a website just to compete. They have no idea how to run it or the money to invest in keeping them in check.

I agree this is the single most frustrating thing I see so often, it's so irritating to me that I simply refuse to try again after a couple of attempts no matter how HTF the cigar is. I wonder how many others stop going to their website like I do because of this?

Most people say just call but I do most of my online ordering late way after they are closed.

Its frustrating because a simple phone call can do wonders for customer service. Don't have it? Just call. No problem.
