Sorry to those that believe fully in the 8th Amendment ... but this is the type of offense that warrants both cruel AND unusual punishment.

A couple thousand years ago, this guy would have been thrown to the lions. We've become more civilized since then - but the criminals seem to be getting more evil as well.
