Hey guys I'm participating in Fight Gone Bad 5 this year, as an effort to raise money for three different charities: Wounded Warrior Project, Livestrong, and the Crossfit foundation. Being in Active Duty Air Force, these causes are close to my heart, and I feel its the least I can do to help our fellow brothers and sisters in arms.

Here is a link for more info http://www.fgb5.org/

Basically Crossfit affiliates are doing a workout called Fight Gone Bad on Sept 25th around the country, which in this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The event is in the 3 round format. The stations are:

* Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
* Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
* Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
* Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
* Row: calories (Calories)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. Its brutal.

If you'd care to donate to this cause go to the above link and click donate. You can then donate in my name (I receive no money, just the athlete that raises the most gets tshirt) by searching last name DiMarco. I am competing with Crossfit East Sacramento. I'll let you guys know how I do! Thanks for the support!
